A Wonder Mint Vacation

Elizabeth Hathenbruck / April 16, 2025

At Wondermint Inc. we don’t believe in cookie-cutter massages or in having to book a plane ticket and spend  an exorbitant amount of money to feel refreshed. Our goal is to help you renew and recharge for the best possible price and in that moment when you need it most. That’s why we’ve created flat-rate custom massage experiences as well as a fun and engaging website.
These mini-escape options are built around what you need, not around a menu of add-ons or pressure to spend thousands of dollars.

Have You Ever Heard The Expression: A Storm In A Tea Cup?

Elizabeth Ruf Hathenbruck / April 16, 2025

Hello, my name is Elizabeth and for many decades I suffered from depression, anxiety, and just plain poor health in general. I felt like I always had a storm raging inside; one that I couldn’t control, and one that was making me feel terrible and like I was suffocating all the time. Unlike the tiny storms that occur in tea cups this one was enormas, and much like those storms in tea cups, it filled up every part of me.

Go Ahead And Dream, It’s Healthy.

Elizabeth Ruf Hathenbruck / April 16, 2025

All dreams are harbored deep inside and cost something to bring into the light…

Some of my earliest horse memories begin with my mother recounting stories of terrible accidents that had occurred to people she knew in her small Idaho farming community. I’ll be honest, I don’t remember what prompted these horrific tales, but looking back on it now I must have talked to her about my desire to ride horses, or own a horse, and so she felt the need to warn me about the possible dangers I would be facing.

The next clear memory of me and horses involved an older cousin I looked up to, a jubilant day in October, and a slightly muddy pasture. I was ten, and my mother had decided to travel to Idaho from our home in Utah to enlist the help of her doctor-brother to assist her
