Pipeline Program – Internship Opportunity

The Central Maryland AHEC Pipeline Program is designed to introduce high school students to careers in public health and healthcare. Central Maryland AHEC partners with schools, community-based organizations, and healthcare organizations to conduct information sessions, workshops, experiential opportunities, as well as semester-long and summer programs.

Central Maryland AHEC recognizes the late Honorable Congressman Elijah Cummings for his enthusiastic support of Central Maryland AHEC. He is pictured (2017) with students who participated in the Maryland AHEC/ University of Maryland-Baltimore Summer Bioscience Internship Program.
